We offer a retreat from the busy vacationing agenda and serve as a perfect in between stop after enjoying the sites of Kona or Kealakekua or after a full day in Hilo or Volcano. You're given the code to your keybox which is changed with every guest -Farm Studio is completely detached from main house with it's own entrance and full bathroom. Other things to note: -Bbq grill and fire pit available -We are on rainwater catchment as most farms in the area. Our water is filtered and goes through a biolight, but we also provide drinking water. Please conserve water to the best of your ability while with us. -We grow and sell a variety of produce such as avocado, macadamia nuts, Kona coffee, oranges, lemons, limes, tangerines, bananas, guava, loquat, and many more. If you want to get away from it all and relax in a romantic island getaway, Kona Mauna Kai Farm is the place for you. Bus transportation is rather limited out on this end of the island. Renting a car is preferred , roads are well paved and easily travelled.
