You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, the outdoors space. 23 acres to roam and explore. Lakefront fishing, kayaks, fishing piers. Private and peaceful and quiet.. enjoy a sunset from the hot tub . Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The space This quiet cove on Toledo Bend offers the privacy and seclusion you've been looking for to host family get-togethers, anniversaries, honeymoons or just a weekend retreat. Direct TV indoors and out on the porch offer in-climate entertainment and of course, the fishing, kayaking, canoeing and a boat (if you bring one). We have popular outdoor games such as JENGA, CORN-HOLE and bean bag toss as well as some indoor board games. Go exploring the property for driftwood, arrowheads and other natural treasures. Guest access Lakefront access by boat, kayak or canoe. Fishing piers. Hot tub, wonderful covered porch with mosquito misters and fans for comfortable relaxing in the summer and firepit for the winter months. Other things to note You are at the lake. There ARE bugs and snakes and even gators. We do have a mosquito mister that makes front porch sitting bearable but you’ll need bug spray and sunscreen! Be sure to enjoy the amazing sunsets over the cove and just listen to those night sounds!
