Parking may be available for rent by request, subject to availability. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator application that will help you navigate your way to the apartment. There is no overnight street parking in Brookline. During daytime hours, vehicles must be moved every two hours. If you are traveling with a car, we recommend renting a parking space in advance. Parking is typically $15/night or $250/month. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
