The living room has a couch, elephant bamboo chairs and big screen TV. A nice night time entertainment after long day of hiking, site seeing and playing at the beach. The spacious yard is a great place to wander and check out the different tropical plants and fruit trees. Guest access The property is one acre and the area is easily defined by rock walls and plantings. Please respect my neighbors by staying within these boundaries. The garage is for the property owners use only. There is a carport so guests can stay dry while unloading their car. A cupboard at the base of the front stairway has various beach toys such as boogie boards and beach mats. Other things to note There is public water and an Reverse Osmosis system in the kitchen for drinking water. I have solar hot water with electric back up for rainy days.
