The townhouse features sunny exposures with wonderful water views,hdw floors throughout, pkg for two cars,a/c in all rooms , washer and dryer,dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, deck, all 3 bdrooms have king size beds the townhouse is 2 1/2 stories tall but on 5 levels this makes all rooms on separate levels. all! only if the renter needs me quiet and extremely close to most activities, restaurants and bars quiet dogs are allowed, please let me know if you have in your 1st email no cats! In the summer generally a Saturday to Saturday rental period sometimes I make exceptions and when I do the rental must start or end on a Saturday For 4th of July week (June 29-July 6 2024) For Bear Week (July 13-20 2024) and Carnival week (August 17-24 2024) It is possible to add a day (Friday night) at the start and or add a day at the finish (Saturday night) thus making the rental 8 or 9 nights.
