Beautiful Custom Nantucket Home

Our custom built home is located on a private, natural and secluded location in the beautiful Fishers Landing neighborhood in Madaket. It is perfect for a family of 4. The home is close to beaches, crabbing, bike paths and Madaket Millies. We have a large private landscaped yard for the kids to play in. We also have a great deck in the back of the house for outdoor dinners, an outdoor shower with and BBQ area. It's a great house in a great spot and we have many happy repeat guests. The space Cottage, 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4) Private and relaxing retreat abutting conservation land in a quiet wooded and natural setting. The home is the only building on a large private landscaped location with plenty of room and grass for the kids to play on or to have a great BBQ dinner in the yard! Our home has been designed to provide a perfect Nantucket vacation. Short walk to white sand beaches, private tennis courts and great location are only some of the fantastic amenities that set this home apart from other properties. We take great pride in providing excellent amenities and outstanding customer service. On-island caretaker is available to assist you 7 days a week, if there is anything you need. A 10 minute walk to the 40th pole white sand beach on a lovely path over the moors, 40th pole has sugar sand, crystal clear blue water and is great for swimming and the kids! Ten minute walk to Madaket Harbor beach, and ten minute bike ride to spectacular sunsets at Madaket Surf beach. Bike path leading to all parts of the island is one minute away. We are also a two minute walk from the Island Shuttle stop which will take you to most points on the island if you dont want to bring a car. We provide almost everything for you Nantucket vacation. The house is well appointed with comfortable bedding, high-quality towels and linens, beach towels, umbrellas, we provide high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all the cooking gear you could possibly need, We have four Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, small beach table for the sand, umbrellas, cooler, and beach blanket. We provide tennis rackets and tennis balls for the private community tennis courts that are a three minute walk away from the house. There is a one hoop basketball court and lots of open space for the kids or dogs. This home has been completely remodeled, redecorated and refurnished in 2022. High vaulted ceilings, beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom cherry cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances and all cooking accoutrements. (owner is a professional chef) We provide a high quality propane Weber grill and all of the tools. Dine in either the inside dining area or on the large deck which features natural forest views and comfortable furniture for dining or for reading and a glass of wine right outside the private dod of the master bedroom. Large living room has bluetooth surround sound, large flat screen tv, Apple TV, and High Speed wireless broadband throughout the house. Please note that we do not have cable TV. We do have Apple TV and you are welcome to bring your own devices if you would like to. There's a large laundry room downstairs with full-size washer and dryer, we provide detergent and dryer sheets. Spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, private door to outdoor deck. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with lots of windows and natural light. Plenty of storage in each bedroom and lots of storage and counter space in the bathroom. Outdoor shower and indoor bathroom adjacent to mudroom/laundry room downstairs BBQ, propane and grilling tools right outside the back door. You seriously can bring only your bathing suit, your clothes and your phone if you must and you would be all set for your Nantucket vacation.
