The living room with Australian Cyprus hardwood floors includes a sloped cathedral ceiling with skylight. Updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio furnished with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer, wifi, cable access in living room and both bedrooms and Echo Dot wifi speaker. Guest access Renters have the option of purchasing passes to 3 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, kid’s pools, tennis courts, and 2 fitness centers, all on the premise. Pool passes may be purchased for a weekly fee of $70 per adult or $30 per child (ages 4 thru 15). Daily fees are $20 per adult, $10 per child (3 and under do not need passes). Other things to note Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. Affordable rentals are available for sheets and towels from Cape Linen Rentals. No smoking inside and outside.
