We have so much to do on Cape Ann! Only 2 night minimum until Memorial day weekend- come for the weekend! 3 -5 night minimum after that. Get ready for a great stay. Amazing views from this perch above Lobster Cove. Bring your kayak or boat guest moorings are available within walking distance at either Talise or Annisquam Yacht Club through Dockwa. So much to do... walk around the beautiful village of Annisquam and stunning Lighthouse Beach with the most memorable sunsets, visit So many beautiful beaches on Cape Ann, kayak the river or over to a Wingaersheek Beach, whale watch, fish, shipping, swimming at breathtaking area beaches or jump off the bridge right outside your window and swim laps in Lobster Cove off the public dock right outside your door. Enjoy sea kayaking, biking, hiking, a vibrant art community and not to be missed sunsets over Ipswich Bay. Minutes to Rockport, and easily accessible by commuter rail from Boston. Boston & Salem MA -- less than an hour away. A short 10 minute drive will put you into downtown Gloucester or Rockport where you will find an array of fine dining options as well as Main Street in Gloucester or Bearskin Neck in Rockport which boast dozens of shops, boutiques and galleries. If history is your thing, be sure to visit the Cape Ann Museum and the Gloucester Maritime Museum, both located in downtown Gloucester. Take a stroll along beautiful Stacy Boulevard where you will view the Outer Harbor and the open ocean beyond. See the historic Gloucester Fisherman Statue, which memorializes they who have gone down to the bottom of the sea in ships. Continue down the boulevard and cross the historic Cut Bridge where you'll find Stage Fort Park-- a scenic outcropping with incredible views of not only Gloucester water line but on a clear day of the Boston skyline. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with one dedicated guest parking space. The parking is outside your private entrance. An owner's space is on the first floor and is not rented. Self check in. Additional street parking is available. Other things to note We are a short 10 -15 minute walk across the historic pedestrian bridge to magnificent Lighthouse Beach, and less that a 5 minute walk to the Talise Restaurant in the village of Annisquam and the Annisquam Yacht Club. The unit it is perfect for 1 or 2 people but can accommodate up to 4.
