Enjoy a relaxing evening by the wood burning fireplace, play board games with friends, listen to Frank Sinatra or Beatles' original vinyl records, or have a morning coffee or tea on our front porch overlooking the vineyard across the street. You are welcome to cook a full meal using our updated kitchen with breakfast bar. The house is filled with old charms and unique features. We strive to offer you a memorable and relaxing stay. "Unplug" is the key to enjoy our house (although we do provide wifi for your convenience) We provide board games, cards, musical instruments, vinyl record player, and wood burning fireplace for guest to spend some relaxing time with family and friends. (Radiator heating and window AC throughout the house too) Spend an evening enjoying great conversation around the fireplace with tea or hot chocolate. Do some Swing dance or Waltz in our large dining room, Or wake up to the morning sun with a steaming fresh brew coffee overlooking the vineyard is the experience that we would like our guests to have. The vineyard across the street has live music on Saturday and wine tasting. We strive to create an ideal place for our guests to spend quality time with your loved ones on anniversary or family gathering. We will not appreciate our home used for wild large group parties. Please inquire first if you plan to have visitors for any celebration and read through our house rules to ensure that they fit your need. Our co-host resides next to the guest house on the property and available most of the evenings. Our place can accommodate comfortably 8 adults and 4 children. Please note that we will not accept any filming request. We offer 4 bedrooms, one is master bedroom with its own bath and a sofa bed. The shared bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Additional guests and infant can be accommodated with extra air mattress and crib. Our host is available most of the evenings and weekend. We are in a central location to multiple attractions, 20 minutes to Princeton, 40 minutes to Jersey shore (Belmar Beach), NYC is an hour drive, 12 miles to Six Flag; 6 miles to Mercer County Park which offers paddle boat and kayak rental, nature center, golfing, tennis, baseball, ice skating, playground, and dog parks; 10 min to local Assunpink Lake for fishing and boating; 7 miles to Horse Park of New Jersey; Skyzone, Bounce, Indoor Rock climbing all within 15 minutes; 20 min to train station to NYC, Philadelphia 4 miles to 195 and or NJ Turnpike, 20 min to train stations (Hamilton, Trenton, or Princeton Junction) to NYC or Philadelphia Thank you for your interest to stay at our historical house. Do not touch and get close to the stove. Guard and watch younger children while fireplace is in use. Pellet stove is also hot to the touch in the front, please do not let children get close to it while it is in use. Smoke alarms are installed in each bedroom, hallway, kitchen and basement. Carbon monoxide alarm is installed in the room with the wood burning fireplace.
