First floor boasts a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, a renovated full bath, dining room, living room with wide-screen TV and wood-stove, and a huge furnished sunroom – a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic! The lower level includes a 3rd bath with shower, perfect for coming in from the beach, and a 2 car garage with storage for bikes, beach gear, kayaks, and boards. Home includes washer/dryer, wireless internet, TV with cable, DVD, gas grill and fire pit. Ample parking for several cars. Beach access is steps away via a public way adjacent to the property. Beds include mattress pad, quilt/duvet and pillows, but sheets are not included. Kitchen towels, beach towels and hand towels are included but not bath towels. Bed sheets and bath towels can be rented for an additional cost.
