Stay at a charming 1-Bedroom cottage in a beautiful setting within walking distance to Cape Cod's warm sandy beaches and Main Street Hyannis. Captain Gosnold Village is also ideally located nearby island ferries and fishing charters. This charming 1-bedroom cottage features air-conditioning, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen. The space The cottage is comfortably furnished, features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances featuring a gas stove, full-size fridge, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a plush Euro-Top queen size mattress. The living room features beautiful hardwood floors and wood rafters in the ceiling. The cottage offers two private decks with seating and a BBQ propane grill. A child may sleep on the sofa (but it's not a sofa bed). There is a washing machine and dryer. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a child. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The property features a community pool, it operates from late June to Labor Day. Hours and availability vary, depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided. Minimum Check-in Age: 21 years old Smoke free property. No Pets. Check-in 4pm. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 child. Guest access Guest Check-in Online Prior to Arrival. Will be provided with Smart Lock door code for unit access Other things to note Please review all House Rules, including Maximum Occupancy and Age Requirements. Parking is provided for a maximum of 1 vehicle. (No oversized, trailers or RV's permitted). Grills and Patio Furniture are Available Seasonally (May 15 to October 15). POOL Information and Rules -We do not manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures. -The anticipated open date for the pool is June 22 (subject to change and availability). -Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability. Hours change to 12 pm to 6 pm on September 1, 2025. -Pool closes for the season on September 15, 2025. -Rules and regulations are posted in the pool area. -The pool gate must be kept closed, except to enter and exit, and locked at all times the pool is not in use. -No person under the age of sixteen is allowed to swim or occupy the pool area unless accompanied by an adult over twenty-one. -Boisterous activities or noise considered by other owners, renters, or guests to be annoying or dangerous are prohibited. Further, no group can monopolize use of the pool. -Playing of amplified music is not permitted. -No glass is allowed in the pool area. Food and non-alcoholic beverages in unbreakable containers are permitted. -All swimmers must wear swimming attire, including waterproof diapers, if needed. -Pets are not allowed in the pool enclosure at any time. -Floats are prohibited except for “noodles” and personal flotation devices (life jackets) for children. Safe use of toys no larger than 1 sq.ft. is the responsibility of parents. Use of toys must not interfere with the enjoyment of all. Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided. You will be asked to check-in online prior to your arrival. A government issued ID is required to verify your full name matching the Airbnb reservation, along with verifying your age in compliance with the house rules. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your acknowledgement of this verification during the online check-in process. You will also be asked for your vehicle information for the purposes of parking. We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outages of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. GUEST agrees to abide by all property policies and ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the property policies including but not limited to maximum occupancy, pet policy, smoking policies, noise and nuisance policies, and check-in and check-out policies. Any failure by GUEST or OCCUPANTS to comply with any of the terms of house rules or property policies may result in a forfeiture of your rights to rent the Rental Unit, up to and including immediate eviction from the Rental Unit without refund. We are committed to responsible hosting. We use smart home technology to ensure the comfort and quiet enjoyment of guests and residents in the community. The smart monitor may measure decibel levels, motion, temperature, humidity, the number of Bluetooth-enabled devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The smart monitor is 100% privacy-safe and cannot capture audio, photos, videos, personally identifiable information, or monitor data on the internet. The monitor cannot listen to conversations or sounds and it does not have a camera.
