The space Located on the MBTA Green Line, a ten-minute ride will take you to any of Boston’s visitor attractions, museums, and Boston Universities. Or take a relaxing walk to Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village to visit the local shops, restaurants, and cafes. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Guest access The entire apartment and laundry facilities. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $250 per pet, pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee. Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
