PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The property is located in beautiful Henry County. It’s only 40 minutes away from Iowa City and 7 minutes from Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. The property features walking trails and a 2 acre pond stocked with fish for our guests to enjoy. We also have 6 kayaks for guests to use. Nearby are wineries, antique shops and many quaint small towns. Beautiful place to relax and get away from it all. Each bedroom has a queen bed with brand new luxury mattresses and two of the rooms have twin beds in them, perfect for a family. The home has three floors, a hot tub and a pool table for our guests to enjoy. There is a fire pit outside and a beautiful screened porch for sitting and relaxing. Great place to spend a weekend for Hawkeye Events. Very private area, no visible neighbors. A brand new Traeger grill is available for our guests. A piece of paradise awaits you here.
