Centrally located in Belmar just four blocks from the beautiful Belmar beach and two blocks from the shops and restaurants on Main Street, this family home is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Shore has to offer. With 4-bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room with seating for 8 and a wrap-around front porch, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax while you are on vacation. The space One bedroom is located on the lower level and three bedrooms are on the upper level. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The first floor bathroom is newly updated and has a walk-in shower with multiple shower jets. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a new washer and dryer on the first floor. After a day at the beach, spend some time in the fenced-in backyard and relax in the hot tub (available May through October, unless arrangements are made in advance). There are also two BBQ grills and an outdoor table and seating for enjoying family meals in the evenings. The wrap-around porch affords a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sea breezes. There are also two balconies off of the upstairs master bedroom. Inside, the living room includes a flat screen TV and cable television and there are televisions in two of the bedrooms as well.
