This updated well maintained home features 4 large bedrooms and two modern baths Conveniently located 4 blocks from the beach and an easy 2 block walk into downtown Avalon. This upside down home in Avalon has a large new open plan kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops. The kitchen flows into a bright dining and living room with gas fireplace and sliding doors to the large deck with a fantastic view of the bay across the street. This home has everything you need to enjoy your stay on 7 mile Island and is within steps of all Avalon has to offer. This Bright and sunny home features four large bedrooms and two updated marble bathrooms. The second floor master suite has queen size bed. The 1st floor bedroom #2 features a Queen Size Bed Bedroom #3 has twin over full bunk bed Bedroom #4 has twin over full bunk beds and a twin bed. Enjoy the view of the bay from the dining room table or have breakfast on the second floor deck while watching the boats go by. There is no better way to spend a summer morning relaxing in Avalon... Central Air, washer and dryer, WIFI, Outdoor shower, Kayaks bikes and beach chairs, puzzles, board games. Everything you need is here for your vacation. There is plenty of off street parking on premises for four cars. We are sorry but we do not rent to groups at this time and we do not permit pets or smoking .
