Ps. Pool open between memorial day weekend through Irish weekend . This beautiful high ceiling unit features ocean themed decorations with all new furnishings. Being at the 6th floor in the Regency Tower you really have a great breathtaking view of the serenity and beauty of the ocean and the inlet. Especially the balcony, I promise, you will love to come back to your home-a-way home and sitting in a Bar height adirondack chair and enjoy the moon catapulting into the sky at the end of each day. RENTAL RULES Please follow the rules so your stay can be enjoyable and without any problems. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the building also inside the unit, failure to do so, you can be charged $200 or more for extra steam cleaning and deodorizing the unit, you also may be evicted for smoking inside the unit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. The property is to be used for general vacation purposes only. Guest agrees that Guest and Guest’s permitted invitees will not use the property for hosting weddings, parties, large gatherings, commercial business, guest shall not use the Property for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that is offensive to others. Filming or other similar activities. Further, noncompliance will be considered a breach of contract and will result in forfeiture of all monies paid also immediate eviction. 4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 11:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. 5. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the premise. Further, it is specifically stated that the property has not been child proofed and that children must be supervised at all times to prevent injury and harm. 6. Guest will leave the unit in the same condition as at check-in, including furniture placement. 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses 8. No bikes ,surfboards, beach chairs allowed in condo or blocking any walkways. Please store them in your vehicle. 9. Premier Guest must be age 25 or above. 10. Pets(any kinds) are NOT allowed. 11. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in Regency Tower parking black top areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Guests need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases, beach, bath towels and paper products. 13. Storms: If a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. Refund will be given for any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered Guest must agree the Rental Rules before require booking the property. ----------------NJ LAW PREVAILS---------------
