RENTAL RULES Please follow the rules so your stay can be enjoyable and without any problems. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the building also inside the unit, failure to do so, you can be charged $200 or more for extra steam cleaning and deodorizing the unit, you also may be evicted for smoking inside the unit. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. The property is to be used for general vacation purposes only. Guest agrees that Guest and Guest’s permitted invitees will not use the property for hosting weddings, parties, large gatherings, commercial business, guest shall not use the Property for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that is offensive to others. Parking: Parking is limited to one vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in Regency Tower parking black top areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Guests need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases, beach, bath towels and paper products. 13. Storms: If a "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
