The Vista Waikoloa complex is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort & is within walking distance to shops, restaurants & Anaeho'omalu Bay (known as A-Bay). Built in 1991, these condos are spacious & larger than most properties. All guests who stay at the Vista Waikoloa will have access to use the communal lap pool (heated), two hot tubs, large covered pavilion with gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis), fitness room and business center with access to WIFI, printer & fax. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Vista Waikoloa is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
