This cozy and charming newly renovated four bedroom home is nestled away in a quiet and quaint area centrally located in Baton Rouge. We have thought of every possible situation and we’ve tried to accommodate you in every way. Although this house is nearly 100 years old and runs off of well water, we have taken the liberty of installing a whole house filtration system from Leaf Home Water Solutions.
