The cove inlet/beach is where you can launch a kayak/paddleboard, or you can explore the trails in Ravenswood Pk on foot or by bike. Ready for the big beaches or picnic in the parks, we have all you need. Day trips to Salem or Boston are avail by train. Our unit and your deck are fully equipped We strive to help you make your trip a memorable one by helping you along the way. The space We offer a newly renovated 1050 sq ft 2nd floor unit. which is pet dander free. Our apt provides lots of space. Here you won't feel cramped. The kitchen, living room and the 'yellow' bdrm feature vaulted ceilings which provide a light and airy feeling. This is an older home; ceilings are 101 inches high. The unit has a nice flow: open kitchen to living rm, a long hallway leads to separate bdrms off to each side, bathroom access is from hallway and blue bedroom. Tired and want some time alone, our converted Victorian sleeping porch will offer you an oversized chair with ottoman for quiet reading or dozing (if someone in yr party snores, we are willing to setup a makeshift bd in here).Your spacious private deck is not attached to ours as you may find if you rented in a condo setup. It is located off the 'blue rm'. The unit usually catches sea breezes but if the weather is hot, there is AC avail in every room or if you prefer, we have fans. Our bathroom is large and features accessories you may need such as that iron and ironing board to smooth out travel wrinkles. Did you forget your toothpaste, sunscreen, or other small cosmetic staple, we have it avail. At this time, we have 2 bdrms equipped with 2 Twin XLong bds. We offer you a king size bed setup in the 'Blue Room' which can be made into 2 twin XL's if you need it to be setup that way. Please let us know in advance. Please note, Twin XL bds are the only option in the 'Yellow Room' at this time. Our beds have brand new 10" memory foam mattresses from Macys. A new 55" smart flatscreen tv offers you cable tv, Netflex or your favorite apps. Please ask for our 'Easy Trip Stuff' list which is s compilation of items avail for your use. You won't have to pack those huge beach towels, we've got you covered! We live here and we are available to give lots of information about local restaurants, events, sightseeing venues, and more. No need to pack that heavy cooler, or try to stuff beach chairs in the car. If you flew in, you'll have the necessary beach items available to expand your adventures. My wife and I are easy going and our place is known for our Freshwater cove friends to stop by our firepit. You're welcome to join us. People describe us as being generous, friendly and helpful.
