The space These are located in our just completed year-round building directly across from the Hy-Line Ferry and are the most well-appointed and luxurious in Hyannis and the surrounding towns. All rooms feature custom furniture with shiplap headboard wall accenting, Stearns and Foster bedding with fine linens and duvets, robes, oversized bathrooms with walk in showers, floor to ceiling windows with Juliette balconies, 49 inch HDTVs, ultra-fast internet, refrigerator, microwave, and safe. Please note the property does not provide any cookware or flatware in the room The property includes various rooms of this type in multiple locations. While all rooms of this type offer the same amenities and standards, there may be slight differences in layout, décor, or location within the building, and they may not exactly match the photographs shown. The property places an incidental hold on the card used at check in for the amount of $50 per day - The amount will appear as a pending charge and is released at check out. We are unable to speed the release for funds from a debit card. Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the property including the pool and hot tub areas. Please note the pools and hot tub are open seasonally from mid May to mid October. Other things to note Our indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub are open seasonally starting in May and will stay open as long as the weather allows. Please note the fitness facilities are located in our seasonal Main Building and is closed from late October to early April.
