Beautiful Water View East End 2 bedroom condo across the street from the beach on the bay. Just cross the road and take the association maintained steps down to the beach. This beach boasts a nice tidal swing where you can walk out in the shallows during low tide. The condo is in the perfect East End location, combining closeness to the center of town, with your own beach and not having the noise and parking issues of downtown Provincetown. This bay view condo is situated on the second floor of the second row of buildings on the property. This location gives you a full view of the bay and still being far enough away from the road. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the deck off the living room and take in the morning sunrise and evening sunset. The condo has 2 bedrooms one with a King bed and the other a Queen. The full bath has an updated tile full shower with standard and rainfall shower heads. The kitchen has modern appliances and is open to the living room with the attached slider onto the deck. Visit the Harbor Hotel next door which offers a full restaurant and bar. Pool and pool bar is open during the day. Go grab a drink and a swim in their pool. The hotel welcomes our condo guests. Please note the hotel may be seasonal and availability of amenities is based on time of year. We have no control over amenity availability especially in the off season. I can be reached by text/phone at 860-990-1834 If you don't want to walk, the public bus stops right on the opposite corner at the Harbor Hotel. A couple dollars each way will bring you to and from Mac Millan Pier right in the middle of downtown. Bus runs until mid-night in season. Bay Colony Condominiums, 690 Commercial St Unit #17D, Provincetown MA Rob can be reached at 860-990-1834 • Please remove shoes and clean all sand off before entering the unit. • No Pets or Smoking allowed. • No towels or bathing suits hanging on deck railings, please use the drying rack. • Quiet hour begins at 9pm, please be considerate of your neighbors. No loud music and please control the TV volume. • No parties in the unit. If police are called a $200 fine will be subtracted from security deposit. • Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave in case there is a rain storm. • Do not flush anything down the toilet other than Toilet Paper and no grease or oil down the sink when cooking. Plumbing issues/costs caused by the renter will be deducted from the security deposit. • DO NOT bring white bath towels to the beach. Sandy towels will be replaced and deducted from your security deposit. • Please bring the deck chair cushions in the house. Secure all items on the deck and lower umbrella when not at the condo. The wind from the beach can be strong. • Only use the grill labeled 17D. Turn gas on at the tank valve. Picnic table is for common use. • Return AC/Heat remote to the wall holder. A charge of $200 to replace lost or damaged remotes will be deducted from security deposit. Check in Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is cleaned before you arrive. Parking One parking spot marked #17D is available in front of the unit. Park lengthwise against the fence. That parking spot sticks out too far into the driveway. There are a couple guest spots around the lot (Marked with an “X”) on a first come basis and can’t be used as regular spots, 24 hr limit. We assume no responsibility for charges incurred for cars towed or damage to your vehicle. Check -out Check out is at 10am on your departure date. • Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that might help out the next guest. (drinks, spices etc.) • Remove all trash from the unit and place in dumpster and recycle containers on Snail Rd (to the left out the back parking lot exit (see diagram above). • Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils. • In Summer set temp to 75, In Winter set temp to 60 • Lock door and windows. Please close window blinds and shades. • Please bring Deck Chair Cushions in and secure deck umbrella and folding chairs with bungie cords. • If the grill was used please clean scape off the grill and replace and secure cover with bungy cords once grill is cooled. Turn gas OFF at tank valve. Maid Service There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens. Some toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get you going. There is a Stop and Shop on Shank Painter Rd (2 miles) for additional supplies and groceries. Bus There is a bus stop in front of the Harbor Hotel that brings you to McMillen Wharf in the center of town. $2 for adults. In the Summer the bus runs at :15 and :45 during the hour. After Labor Day only on Friday Saturday and Sunday in September. Garbage • Put all garbage in plastic bags and place in Dumpster and Recyclable containers are located in the enclosure on Snail Rd (see diagram above). Laundry Room There is a pay laundry room in the basement of the buiding. • Only use the laudry in your #17 building, Turn off lights and shut door when you leave. • Hours of use 8am – 8pm ONLY, Be considerate to others in the building. • Quarters will be needed. Use only liquid detergent.
