A beautiful 1913 brick house built for Montana Governor Roy Ayers. There have been many updates keeping the early charm. The space Enjoy the comfort of the living room, have dinner in the spacious dining room, play a game or read a book in the game room or enjoy the quiet office. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are large with large walk-in closets. There is also a sunroom upstairs to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor with a bathroom between. This bathroom has a handicap accessible walk-in shower. This house is for 8 people ONLY…please do not abuse this rule. There are exterior cameras! Smoking is not allowed in our house and NO pets. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire house, porch and yard. Other things to note There is plenty of parking in front of the house on the street and on the side street.
