The Squeeze Inn cottage-15 minute walk to beach!

One week minimum summer rental. This is a classic, cozy 2 bedroom Cape cottage (sleeps 4 max) located in the highly desirable South Yarmouth area. It’s perfect for a family vaca, weekend with the girls or a romantic getaway. The cottage is 1/3 of a mile from Bass River beach (aka Smuggler’s beach). We are on south side facing Nantucket Sound and the islands. We would love for you to enjoy your precious free time and create memories that will last a lifetime at the Squeeze Inn! The space -Minimum stay is 4 nights during spring, fall and winter -Minimum stay is 1 week between June-August, with Saturday check in/out This is a long standing, fully equipped, any season, rental cottage with impeccable reviews and ratings. We rented the cottage for a few years ourselves and decided to purchase it when it was up for sale. We’ve vacationed on the Cape every summer since childhood and highly recommend a cottage over any other option. It's far more enjoyable, relaxing, private and comfortable than a tiny hotel room. Our cottage is super clean and has a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, AC, WiFi, Smart TV, parking for 2 cars, fully fenced in backyard, large wrap around deck, outdoor shower (for use in warm months), grill and fire pit. The shed is filled with beach chairs, boogie boards a beach wagons, umbrellas, sand toys and a tent. It will be easier for families who prefer to walk to transport all you need for a day at the beach. Beach towels are NOT provided. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Guest access This is a whole property rental. No owner or other guests reside on the property to interrupt your stay. There is a lockbox on the property and we will send you the access code a few days before you arrive. Other things to note 4 night minimum stay off season One week minimum stay for peak season (June thru August). Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred during peak. The cottage doesn’t have a bathtub. We have a shower in the bathroom and an additional shower outside for use in warmer months. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water. The water outside is shut off in late Sept- early October.
