The property sits above the Bay Villas and is a short drive from shops, markets and restaurants in Kapalua. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai. One of the many amenities offered at the Kapalua Resort is the free shared shuttle service around the resort. Daily from 7a-11pm, this shuttle is an on-call service that runs from the hotels, villas, golf courses and restaurants. Typically it is suggested you call about 15min ahead of time and wait outside your pick up area. If you are at an establishment in Kapalua, feel free to ask an employee there to call on your behalf. This shuttle will not take guests to/from the airport. Kapalua Resort Shuttle partners with Speedi Shuttle who offers transportation to/from the airports. Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. This property does not have a front desk, so upon your arrival you can go directly to the unit! All property facilities (pools, bbq’s, tennis courts) are available for your use. Beach towels are provided in the condo! The Sullivan Properties office is located in Kahana in the business building across from the gas station and McDonald’s. We are open 7 days a week and have an emergency line for after hours if needed! There are two great beaches near this property, Ironwoods Beach and Kapalua Bay. Both are within walking distance. There are several great restaurants nearby: Sansei sushi, Merriman’s, Pineapple Grill and the Honolua store. We recommend renting a vehicle while on Maui as there are so many amazing things to see on this island and having a car makes it easy! Parking is included in your fees, this property does not have assigned parking but there should be plenty of stalls available. If you do not wish to rent a car, public transportation is nearby. Kapalua Resort also offers free shuttle service anywhere in the Kapalua area.
