Being a superhost for over three years and a frequent traveler, I created the perfect home for traveling guests. I put a lot of thought, and work to make this home the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. My home was a labor of love! Single floor living with plenty of space to spread out and build your own Cape memories with family and friends. Recently renovated with an eye to detail, the deck is a real show stopper with 3 seating areas: one with rocking chairs (perfect for morning coffee or late night cocktails!), another with dinning space for 8 and at the other end chaise loungers for some sun bathing. As someone who loves to cook the kitchen is stocked with more than just the essential for cooking supplies. All types of board games, books and movies are there for your enjoyment! Whole house, yard, entertainment size deck and association "beach". Having grown up on the Cape I put together a binder of all things Cape Cod. Beaches, golf courses, activities, movie theaters, shopping, places to dine, rent bikes or boats, all things to help with your stay. Plus I am always a phone call or email away. Quite neighborhood that is close to everything! A few extra perks: The area you are staying in also has a great little association beach just over one street. Perfect for picnicking and putting in kayaks. You can actually cut thru to it from the back left of my property. There is a path that is a touch overgrown but still is usable. The actual beach is just a short 1.5 miles away. We are also a very short walk to a public school. The kids use the basketball court here all the time and I often use the tennis courts :) There is also a baseball field and a jungle gym. If you like I will gladly provide lines for your stay. I buy new every season so all sheets and towels are clean, fresh and tidy. Will provide lines for all beds (including the queen size sleeper sofa), towels, face cloths, hand towels and the essentials like shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, & soap for a $100.00 fee.
