This vacation home is the 2nd floor of a duplex house. This comfortable 3 bedroom unit is just 100 yards to the beautiful ocean beach. We welcome weekly summer guests to our island. The space We invite you and your family to stay at our Pehala Park vacation home, located just 4 houses from the beautiful and relaxing, sandy beach of Long Beach Island. The beach house is comfortably neat and clean, fully furnished and well-maintained. It is a duplex with the second floor unit consisting of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There's a nice rear second floor deck. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars. The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room. New living room chairs and new carpeting were installed in 2017. New living room couch/sofa bed in 2020. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, plates, cups, utensils, pot & pans, wine and margarita glasses, etc. We have a washing machine (no dryer), flat screen TV with Blu-Ray & DVD player, cable TV service with expanded channel selection, free wireless internet and a nice selection of with expanded channel selection, free wireless internet and a nice selection of books, DVDs, puzzles and games for you to enjoy. The backyard includes a Weber gas grill, large picnic table with table umbrella, and outdoor furniture. Feel free to harvest summer vegetables from the garden! The outdoor shower works well for rinsing that wonderful beach sand. Two folding beach chairs and 5 beach badges are included. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed and two sets of twin beds. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Guests bring their own towels and bed linens. We provide blankets, quilts, and extra pillows. We charge no cleaning fees, but ask our guests to please leave the house as clean as they found it. Guest access There is ample off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
