We are ~20 minutes to Manhattan. The most amazing amenity this place has is the complete north to south Manhattan Skyline view from our rear deck!!! This 5 BEDROOM LOFT DUPLEX apartment has two ground floor entrances !!! One step out side the patio door is an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living. Up stairs is the NEW master bedroom with a very cozy feel this room can sleep 6 Pepole comfortably !!! Included in the room is one full size Posturepedic bed Queen size and optional full-size very comfortable air mattress including a full private bathroom with double sinks. Walk out the bedroom into the living room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the NYC skyline view!!! The second room upstairs is cozy with two windows including a posturepedic mattress additional air mattresses can be found inside the closet, directly opposite the room across the hallway is a full common bathroom. Down stairs the other three rooms consist of built in closets including two of the rooms have large windows that also face the NYC view !! Included in all the rooms are very comfortable Posturepedic full size beds with additional options guest air bed full, twin size & queen mattresses options for each room. The larger of the three rooms has a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play !! We include all kitchen utensils knives plates Forks cups glasses dish soap dishwashing Machine soap hand soap Basic condiments salt pepper oil tea coffee, coffee mate dry powdered milk as a courtesy we leave a Full case of water inside the refrigerator also included in all bathrooms is shampoo conditioner toilet paper toothpaste two towels per person and a small hand towel per person for any additional needs please call at a reasonable hour for refills on above items. 24 hour surveillance in parking lot and back deck! Traveling to Manhattan is only a 15-20min drive or the NJ Transit Bus stop (123 Bus to 42st Manhattan) is 1/2 block away from the apparent. Please ask about our guest recourse documents! There is a ton of info about museums, shopping locations, and site seeing locations! Please don't hesitate to ask for help or any question with travel needs! There is a community Olympic size swimming pool right next door called Fireman's Memorial Park, including a kids swimming area! Please ask ahead of time if you are planning on going. There is a 24/7 bakery 1 & 1/2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Street on Palisade Ave. They have delicious pastries, fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels. And some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs. There's a 24/7 Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard. We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City. It's located next to the 2nd St Washington Park on Central Ave and North St. They serve authentic Cuban cuisine and the average meal $4 to $9! They also offer fresh squeezed juice! In Washington Park, located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free for public use! Please let us know in advice we can supply our guest with tennis rackets upon request. The apartment is close to a public bus stop. PLEASE download the NJ TRANSIT app on your smart device / phone for the bus and transportation schedules. Remember to put the building location as your Home on the app. Using the NJ Transit Bus schedule Route #123 takes all your family & friends to NYC Manhattan, travel time takes about 15-20 minutes to arrive to 42nd St ( Port Authority NYC) . The bus fare is $3.25 exactly for each person. This leaves you in Port Authority, which is the center of all the subway trains. Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH TRAIN in Hoboken. This train heads to NY & it stops on 33rd St Manhattan NY. Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter bus or mini bus available 24 hours a day they depart from multiple spots on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office. From there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules the busses run every few minutes!!! Please take note about the stairs in the listing . 1.There are 2 steps to go up from the master bedroom. 2. For this duplex apartment ….There is a limited size spiral staircase that go to the downstairs where the other 3 bedrooms are located including one of the three bathrooms and the laundry room. 3.
