The house is ideally situated 10 minutes from Hyannis and just minutes to Craigville beach. We do not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties. Can I swim in front of the house? Yes! You can absolutely swim in front of the house. Is there a beach in front of the house? Yes, we have a private sandy beach. If your looking for everything to be brand new this may not be for you. It's a quaint well loved, lived in space that is great for families and groups of friends getting together. If you looking for something pristine this is more of a relaxed lived in feeling it's perfect for your family. I’m very accessible by cell phone during your stay to answer any questions that might come up. There are so many things to do within a few miles of the house. There is Cape Cod Brewery, Craigville beach, down town Hyannis which has many wonderful restaurants and shops. There is also fun activities for the kids. Hyannis has several miniature golf course, ice cream and candy shops and if it rains there is an indoor waterpark at the Cape Codder and the Cape Cod Mall.
