Our home with private yard is located in the quiet residential neighborhood minutes from Craigville beach. We provide a home away from home on your Cape Cod vacation including a free beach pass that allows to park at any of 11 beaches in the area. The home includes 3 bright bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twins), 2 bath (master bedroom has it is own bathroom), spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, beautiful sun-room and a patio. Large back yard is completely fenced-in to provide maximum privacy. We provide a high quality bed linens and towels as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. For your convenience hair dryers, iron and ironing board are provided. You also do not need to worry about toilet paper and paper towels. We are sure our home will become your home away from home! We provide a FREE BEACH PASS that is good for parking at ANY BEACHES in Barnstable area. We rent out the entire house. The access is restricted to the basement and a couple of closets. It is just minutes from Craigville Beach and other 10 beaches in the area. Please note we provide free beach pass that allows to park for free at any of the 11 beaches in the area. Downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, museums and other attractions is located 5 minutes away by car. Cape Cod Mall with more shopping and restaurants is located about 7 minutes by car. I suggest having a car to get around the Cape Cod. There is plenty of parking at our house.
