Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior painting work is currently scheduled from 10/29 - 12/12/2025. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. This gem offers breathtaking yacht views and a tropical ambiance that perfectly complements the surroundings. With a spacious layout of 685 square feet, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for couples or small families. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant local area. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop and a convenient double sink. A dishwasher is also built in, allowing you to spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying the comfortable living area - perfect for unwinding, with a Smart TV ready for all your streaming needs. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, where you can soak in the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the beach, just moments away. The condo also offers essential amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a smart lock for easy self-check-in. AMENITIES Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee. BUILDING AMENITIES Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location. Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour. Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai has been offering fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. When you book directly with us, you can rest assured knowing we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Our condos are privately owned, and while occasional construction or maintenance may occur, please note that these activities are beyond the owners' control. Work is typically scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience minimal disruption, as many spend their days exploring Oahu.
