The majority of the high season (mid-June through early September) is occupied by families who come back year after year— families who are building generational memories and forming a lasting, personal connection with the home and area. While every year, a few weeks do become available, we always give our loyal guests the opportunity to renew before taking reservations with new guests. This spacious home is perfect for your annual family reunion or multi-family vacation. Come enjoy the raw beauty of the outer cape. This classic beachfront boasts 6 bedrooms: master with king-size bed which shares an en suite bathroom with second master with queen-size bed; a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and loft space with a full mattress, a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fifth bedroom with one full/double bed and a sixth bedroom with a full/double bed and single trundle. Two bedrooms are bay front and all boast bay views. This home lends itself to large family gatherings with plenty of room both inside and out for entertaining or a place to find a private nook to curl up with a book. Central AC is available though we like to enjoy the bay breezes and numerous ceiling fans throughout the house. During the colder months, cozy up to blankets and enjoy the moodiness of the outer cape. No matter the season, this house will not disappoint. The expansive patio is the perfect place for outdoor dining and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Private stairs lead to your own sandy beach for swimming, beach combing, or just a quiet walk along the beach. We provide and launder all linens, bath and beach towels. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys at the house for your use. Guest access Rent your own private home, with expansive views of the bay and your own private beach. All is yours to enjoy! Other things to note We generally rent weekly as a Saturday to Saturday rental. Rates vary by season, from $7,000 per week in the off-season to $11,000 per week in the peak of summer. Custom rental agreements can be arranged. Please contact owner to discuss. Pets are strictly prohibited. Security cameras do exist on the perimeter of the property and including the basement which is not accessible for our guests.
