This large studio features a Queen "pillow-top" bed, seating area. Spacious kitchenette equipped w/ mini fridge, microwave, built-in cook-top, coffee maker & kitchen-wares. Balcony offers an Ocean View & building offers secured entry access. Paid public parking a block away & WIFI too! The space Studio comes with Free Wifi and Cable TV. Sit on the balcony, enjoy coffee, breakfast or lunch with a beautiful view of the ocean. We do provide starter toiletries which include 2 small bar soaps, an extra toilet roll & paper towel roll. Guest access This property is elevator accessible and the building has secured entry access. Other things to note All guests are pre-required to register with a valid Government Photo Id before arrival. 2. All visitor of guests must follow house rules. 3. Keep noise volumes to a minimum; do not allow door to slam. Loud Music/TV or loud talking on the lanai is not allowed. 4. Do not dispose baby wipes, paper towels, or male/female products down the toilet. Use a small amount of toilet paper or you will cause a clog. If you cause a clog, you will be responsible for the cost to clear the line. 5. After a shower, wipe up any water on the floor to avoid possible leaking into another unit. 6. Do not bring SAND, MUD, OR RED DIRT into the building, room or tub/shower as you will be charged any fines accessed. 7. Due to high humidity, the Air condition units tend to have condensate onto the lanai. A/C containers must be emptied regularly in the bathtub. We ask for your kokua(help) in turning OFF air condition while out and about. 8. Report any leaks, damages, and concerns immediately in person or call Theresa Harden. 9. Items are not permitted to hang over the walls of the building. There will be a $50 fine. 10. All units are Non-Smoking rooms. 11. Please remember to have your keys with you to avoid being “locked out” of the room. Missing keys upon check out will result in a $100.00 USD charge to the guest. 12. Any damages to the building or unit caused by you or your guests will result in a charge. 13. Read all notices posted in the Elevators or common areas for maintenance work scheduling. 14. Trash bins is the fence by the garage entrance. 15. Normal check out time is 11 am or earlier. Leave key sets in the unit on the counter. There will be a $200 charge for FAILING to check out at 11a.m. 16. Please DO NOT move furniture's around in the unit. You will be charge a $200 fee. 17.
