Harvard Campus, Smith Park, Convenient Location

Enjoy a stylish and unique experience right in the heart of the Allston campus of Harvard University, steps away from the vibrant Smith Park. This big studio has its private entrance and everything you are looking for - private bath, kitchen, and laundry in unit! You are steps away from Starbucks, Dunkin', Trader Joe's, Star Market and highly-rated cafes and restaurants. Public transportation is right around the corner (e.g. bus 86, 70) to take you downtown Boston and Metro Boston. The space This unit is on the entire 3rd floor of our house. You access from street with private entrance. It has open design with 500+ square feet of space, with kitchenette partially separated from the sleeping area by a partition wall. It has a king-size bed and a twin bed. The living area has a sofa bed, the back of which can be folded back and turn into a full size bed. Note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Therefore it might not be suitable for older or restricted mobility guests. Guest access Location location location! 5-minute walk to Harvard Business School, Harvard Stadium, and the new Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (Depending on which building you are going to, it may take 10 or 15 minutes). Across the Charles River, Harvard Kennedy School, as well as Harvard's main campus (Harvard Yard, Cambridge) and MBTA Red Line all are just a 15-minute walk away. Plenty of cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, public transport are right around the corner. Parking: There are about 6-7 Allston Visitors Parking right outside our building: free (6pm-8am) and on weekends for FREE. During the day, it is 2-hour parking free. About 3 blocks to our west on Western Ave (between Telford and Litchfiled) or near the Allston Public Library you can park 24 hours and for multiple days. Other things to note - STRICTLY NO PARTIES. - We have working professionals living in this building, and quiet hours of 9pm-9am is strictly enforced. - No smoking, vaping or burning incense of any kind. - Stairs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Therefore it might not be suitable for older or restricted mobility guests. - Checkout time is 1100am. We do our best to accommodate late checkout, but if you would like to stay beyond 1200pm (but before 200pm), we charge a $100 fee. This is to allow us to bring in extra cleaning crew to expedite cleaning. If you stay beyond 200pm, you will have to book for the extra day (if it is available. We are frequently fully booked so it may not be an option), because there is simply not enough time for us to clean to make it ready for the next guest. - Check-in time is 300pm. Similar to checkout, we do our best to accommodate early check-in, but if you would like to check in before 200pm, we charge a $100 fee - only when it is feasible.
