Things included: Linens,Soaps & Shampoo's, Towels, Sheets,Pillows,All Kitchen Utensils, Pans, Pool Towels etc... At check-in at the front desk, they will assign you a ski locker for your stay! Front desk is staffed 24 hours, so if you need extra towels or sundries, just call. DVD'S and Games-check out at front desk! The resort has multiple fire place room common areas to relax and chat with other guests. Guest access Check in is 4pm or later at the front desk! Staff will assign room keys and a parking pass! Name changes require a fee of $129.00 Other things to note All amenities are currently open at Bentley Brook Resort ! Pools are open and the heat is on in both the pools and hot tubs.
