There is also a portable playpen we could install for your baby (please request ahead of time). You have access to the laundry room. The space Kid friendly, play pen available. Some toys, books, games and DVDs available. Lots of closet space. Guest access You have full use of the basement studio and laundry room and fenced in back yard with grill. You can park on the left side of the driveway. Please keep yard gates closed at all times. Other things to note Please note people live upstairs. You have your own private entrance, bathroom and kitchen. Laundry area and back yard is shared.
