Charming Chatham Cottage!

Built in 1920, Lucy’s Cottage Chatham is a lovely updated home located in a quiet and prestigious North Chatham neighborhood and an easy stroll to three town landings - Scatteree (.2), Cotchpinicut (.4), Cow Yard (.7). The property is 1.4 miles to the Chatham Bars Inn and 3.8 miles to the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. Main Street and Lighthouse Beach are within biking distance. The space It’s location is central to explore the wider Cape, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Lucy’s Cottage is a spacious 2600 sq ft home with central A/C. The oversized separate lounge room is the perfect indoor gathering space for family and friends with a 13 ft (fully extended) dining table that comfortably seats 10 and includes lounges and a large TV. The family room off the kitchen is a second living area that offers a more intimate space that including a cozy window seat with seasonal distant ocean views. A selection of books, puzzles and board games can be found in this room and are available for your enjoyment. The well-stocked kitchen features two Thermador ovens, lobster pots and everything you’ll need for perfect entertaining on summer nights. The kitchen opens up to a stone patio, a multi-level historic garden, complete with a BBQ, tables, chairs, and extensive mature plantings. A small, flat grassy area is the perfect spot for afternoon refreshments and a game of croquet. Parking is strictly limited to 3 vehicles and not permitted on grass at any time. Linens and toilet paper will be provided for your stay and an essential starter kit will also include tissues, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and laundry detergent.
