The space We are a completely keyless property. You will be provided access codes that will allow you to come and go without the worry of keeping track of a key or keycard! Lynn is an urban city with a population of about 101,000 people. Commute times outside of heavy traffic hours: 20 minute drive to Downtown Salem (5.5 miles) 30 minute drive to Downtown Boston (11 miles) 25 minute drive to Logan Airport (9.5 miles) 3 minute walk to MBTA Lynn Interim (800 feet) 9 minute walk to Nahant Beach (.4 miles) We do not have dedicated parking for the building, all parking is on-street. Recommendations will be sent the day before check-in. Guest access An early check-in of one hour early may be available for an additional $25 charge. It must be arranged for in advance. Because of our cleaning schedule, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. Guests are expected to check-out at their designated check-out time. An intercom code to enter the building and an entry code for the unit. These codes will be accessible via check-in instructions on the listing the day you are scheduled to check-in. The building is secured and the front entry doors are locked 24/7. Guests have control over the AC/heating unit in their studio. There is a rooftop deck accessible by taking the stairs or the elevator to the fourth floor and going up the final staircase. There is no smoking allowed on the rooftop and guests will need to discard of their own trash. We ask that guests on the rooftop past 11PM to keep quiet in respect for the top floor tenants. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: • Can I check-in early? We can accommodate an early check-in at a fee of $25. If this is arranged and we confirm, you will be able to check-in 1 hour before your scheduled check-in time. • Can I check-out late? Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs. • Is public transportation accessible? Yes, we are less than a two minute walk to the commuter rail to North Station and Salem. It is the Newburyport/Rockport Line. • Can I do my laundry during my stay? We have laundry machines that are combo units. We also provide laundry pods. Please read and follow the instructions before use. • Am I able to drop off my luggage ahead of time? Unfortunately we do not have a concierge or on-site staff, so we have no where for guests to put their luggage before their check-in. We do not allow guests to enter the Airbnb while our cleaners are working. • What if I forgot to log out of my streaming services? Almost all streaming apps allow you to remotely log out of active devices in the settings section of your streaming service. • Do you provide coffee for guests? Our Airbnbs are equipped with Keurig machines. We provide kcups, sugar, sweetener, and cream. • Does the Airbnb have anything I can cook with? We have the basics - pots, pans, and cookware. If you are missing any of these things, please let us know. • Can I smoke on the rooftop? We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. If guests are found to be smoking, they will be asked to leave the property immediately and be charged a $250 fee for smoking.
