This cozy 2 bedroom guesthouse is located on the golf course in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood! Just a block from the country club for golf or 3 minute drive to the lake at Boettcher park. Flathead lake is gorgeous! Experience swimming, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking in the summer or cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding in the winter. Centrally located in Polson! We offer free parking, free WiFi, Hulu & a full kitchen. The space Views of the gorgeous mission mountains from your sliding glass door which exits to your completely private deck. Clean, bright & modern. The bedrooms are each furnished with a queen size bed, one with a walk-in closet. Full kitchen with all the basic kitchen essentials. Small bathroom with shower stall & all the basic bathroom essentials. A nice living area with a 60 inch Roku TV with free Wi-Fi, Hulu. We are available next door should you need any during your stay! Guest access Full access to guest house and privacy fenced in deck. Other things to note We are taking extra care to disinfect your space due to COVID-19. The space is perfect for those with asthma and allergies. All items laundered in free and clear laundry soap, no toxic products or synthetic smells. Every bedroom is complete with an air purifier! The guesthouse is attached to the main house by one wall of the storage room. You have your own deadbolt to the adjoining door and free range of the entire guesthouse with no shared spaces! We are always available should you need anything! *Guests must have their profile completed and verified before booking. *Nature: While we make every effort to prevent spiders/bugs in/near the guesthouse (including hiring a local exterminator 2x/year) it is located in Montana, close to the mountains where there is a lot of wildlife. You may see or come in to contact with creatures such as birds, squirrels, deer, fox, spiders, flies, bees etc. If you or any of your guests are uncomfortable with natural creatures, this guesthouse is not the right choice for you. You will not be reimbursed for issues involving natural creatures, spiderwebs, bugs, bird poop, deer/wildlife in/or in close proximity of the unit. *Wildfires: these are an act of nature that cannot be prevented. Each bedroom is complete with an air purifier and the air conditioner has an filter as well. There will be no reimbursement for acts of Nature/ wildfire smoke/ if the air changes direction and you cannot see the mountains from the guesthouse. **If you have an ample physique or have limited mobility, the shower may be uncomfortable for use and we recommend looking elsewhere if this is a concern for you**
