Steps to Plum Island beach! Summer 3-night min!

Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The beach house location is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island. Enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is just across the street from the beach. Easy walking distance to a conv store, Mad Martha's, Plum Island Grille, Beachcomber, bait&tackle, ice cream, bike rental. Short drive to downtown Newburyport Avail all year. Summer 3 night minimum if poss. Guest access You'll enjoy access to our entire home. With 3 decks and a porch, there are plenty of spots to hide away and enjoy your coffee or tea with a good book. Other things to note The upstairs sleeping porch (bedroom 3) is accessible through either of the other 2 bedrooms. The upstairs deck is accessible through the sleeping porch (bedroom 3). Our home has the feel of a true beach house. Expect a few floor creaks and vintage wooden walls in the bedrooms so please do not expect soundproof rooms. We are ready for New England's wacky weather with plenty of heating and cooling options. Cooling: Mini split (heat pump) wall unit air conditioner in living room. Window air conditioners in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Ceiling fans in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Portable fan if needed for bedroom 3 but large windows and sea breezes typically do the trick. Great sea breezes throughout the house. Heating: Mini split (heat pump) wall unit in living room. Whole house heat (excluding bedroom 3) forced hot air by oil. Working fireplace in living room. You provide the wood. Portable heater for bedroom 3, if needed. We do not provide consumables beyond a few days supply (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps). Please plan on bringing your own for extended stays.
