King size bed, tile shower, full size refrigerator, a kitchenette with everything you need for meal preparations (not a full kitchen-no range/oven) There is a dinning table on your private lanai. CLEANING NOTICE: We always clean the space very thoroughly and pride ourselves on regular professional bug treatments. In addition to that we also do a natural pest treatment outdoors. (Yuck who wants bugs!!) We strip the bed linens and wash them in hot water and that includes the comforter and shams. Enjoy the comforter knowing it’s cleaned each stay! For each new guests arrival, we wash all of the floor rugs. We bleach the shower, sink area, and toilet. Spray clean all the appliances, refrigerator. (Please sanitize the snorkel sets if you use them) We clean the tv, windows, in tables, mirrors and slider door. At the end we sweep and mop and finally we spraying disinfectant on all of the door handles and knobs (also the mattress and pillows are spray sanitised) We strive for a 5 star review for our vacation rental, but also because we want our guests to be the most comfortable and to help them have the most enjoyable stay. A door code will be given to you for self check in on the day of your arrival. Directions: Sand Piper Condos 4770 Pepelani Loop #101A Princeville, Hawaii 96722 Once you turn right onto Pepelani Loop go past the driveway and turn right onto Albert Rd. Take the first right into the condos. Go as far to the end as possible and park in any UN NUMBERED parking spot. There must not be a number- not even the #101 spot. If ever you have an issue finding a parking spot then feel free to park in a spot with lines across it or on the grass as long as it is not on the street. Princeville doesn't allow on street parking.(anywhere in the parking lot is fine) A parking pass will be under the TV hanging on a metal fish. Please hang it on your review mirror. (The condo association just increased the prices for lost or unreturned parking pass tags and pool keys. They are $75.00 so please make sure it is returned when checking out to avoid this additional charge.) Our condo is self check in so you will have total privacy. Princeville is known for its beautiful North Shore location, the most beautiful beaches in the world are here, world famous Makai Golf Club course, high end homes, waterfall viewing, Princeville Center, lots of hiking trails, restaurants and shops! The Princeville walking/Jogging path along ponds with Nee Nee birds and beautiful Eucalyptus “Rainbow “Trees are located directly across the street from us. Princeville Center with many shops and a grocery store are located a few blocks away. There are several trails that go down to the beach right in our neighborhood. They are: Sea Lodge Beach, Hideways, and Anini Beach/Wileys Beach, Princeville Resort Beach (public access is by stairs) and Queens Bath. A few miles further North is Hanalei Bay, Lumahi Beach, Ke’e Beach and the Napoli Coast Trail! So much to do her on the North Shore- you will love it! One of the best spots for watching the sunset is just at the end of our street (Ha Kua Road) there is a park like look out with bench seats. Great for spotting whales, dolphins and even sea turtles! Self check in! The door code will be given to you on the day of your arrival as soon as the room is clean and ready for you. This is a “studio” about 400sf and there is not a washer and dryer, but detergent and a clothes line are available for air drying any washables.please close the lanai blond when hanging any clothing.
