Our installed split system works great! Hiking is also spectacular with views that you’ll never forget Hot Tub to help recover any sore muscles and large tile pool with BBQ area. Beach chairs, 2 Surf Boards & car racks snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, cooler & boogie boards The space CLEANING NOTICE We always clean the space very thoroughly and take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. To help prevent pests, the property receives regular professional pest-prevention treatments. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible and help make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. If something isn't quite right during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can make it right. Guest access The entire studio is yours, only you will have access/use of the studio, bathroom, kitchenette and your own lanai. A door code will be given to you for self check in on the day of your arrival. Directions: Sand Piper Condos 4770 Pepelani Loop #101A Princeville, Hawaii 96722 Once you turn right onto Pepelani Loop go past the driveway and turn right onto Albert Rd. Take the first right into the condos. Go as far to the end as possible and park in any UN NUMBERED parking spot. There must not be a number- not even the #101 spot. If ever you have an issue finding a parking spot then feel free to park in a spot with lines across it or on the grass as long as it is not on the street. Princeville doesn't allow on street parking.(anywhere in the parking lot is fine) A parking pass will be under the TV hanging on a metal fish. Please hang it on your review mirror. (The condo association just increased the prices for lost or unreturned parking pass tags and pool keys. They are $75.00 so please make sure it is returned when checking out to avoid this additional charge.) Other things to note Self check in! The door code will be given to you on the day of your arrival as soon as the room is clean and ready for you. We do try and accommodate for early check in’s so if its possible we will let you know. Please send us a text when you check out to help speed up the cleaning process for the next guests. This is a “studio” about 400sf and there is not a washer and dryer, but detergent and a clothes line are available for air drying any washables.Please lower the lanai privacy blind when hanging any clothing.
