Private One room with 2 beds (one queen, one twin. Can fit 3 people) on 2nd FL in our house. Access full bathroom & 1/2 bath. You will only be sharing the bathrooms and common area with owners The space This big room with locker on the door can comfortably accommodate 3 guests with access to a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom ( share bathrooms only with owners). We host many families for school graduations, summer camps, alumni reunions, family visits, and the Boston Marathon every year! Two-story colonial home with open floor plan, lush backyard and 2 patios surrounded by beautiful greenery, trees, and flowers. Our home is surrounded by parks, fields, and tennis courts. We will provide everything you need to call our house your home! Each bedroom has a door with lock & key, to provide privacy, as well as closets/wardrobes for clothing. You have access to both the full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. There are many windows, making our home bright and airy! Heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the summer. Our home is perfect for families, business trips, visiting students, and much more. On a budget, this is the ideal home for privacy, convenience, and full amenities. Guest access Note: Please let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable. If you have particular preferences, you may also feel free to bring your own supplies (i.e. towels, pillows, sheets, etc.). You will have access to: 1 queen sized bed, 1 twin sized bed, one large couch in the living room. We provide free fast WIFI, TV with local channels and Roku, clean towels and linens, full kitchen with many supplies/tools (microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster oven, hot water pot, rice cooker, and dishwasher), coffee/tea, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, wine glasses, complete bathroom necessities (hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and towels), washing and dryer, blankets, clothing iron, paper towels, and toilet paper. We also have a piano (can be unlocked upon request). You will only be sharing the bathrooms and common area with owners.
