In addition, brand new central heating and cooling was installed to keep you comfortable year round. The new main bedroom includes a queen bed and dressers. The second bedroom is a large loft that includes 3 single beds and one full bed. The living room includes a leather, pull-out couch that can sleep additional guests. The brand new full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washer & dryer, vanity, and toilet. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you need. There is also a three-season enclosed porch to enjoy views of the valley. Lastly, the cabin includes a TV with a DVD player if the weather doesn't cooperate. Wifi is available at the cabin along with a roku stick for the TV. Outside, the cabin includes a nice covered deck (gas grill and patio set for use) overlooking the Canoe Creek Valley. There is a carport next to the cabin for 2 vehicles to be parked under and out of the elements. Firewood is also provided to enjoy peaceful bonfires outside. The property includes mowed creek frontage with many deep fishing holes as well as various wildlife and wildflowers scattered throughout the 24 acres. In 2023, major stream bank and trout habitat improvements were made on this property in partnership with the Natural Resource Conservation. The DNR stocks over 1,700 rainbow trout in this stream each year. The stream also includes wild brown trout.
