Due to the location please expect some noise/music from the restaurant/bar below & Main Street during busy season. We have provided white noise machines and earplugs to minimize any disruption. Noise isn’t an issue for most guests, but can be for some. Please read reviews to get a better idea. Apartments are equipped with keypad entry on outside door & apartment door, common areas & parking lot have security cameras so you can feel safe & secure during your stay, plus contactless check-in is a breeze! We also have motion sensored lighting to illuminate your way in the parking lot & in common areas, stairway & hallways, all the way to your unit door. There are only 3 apartments in the building, giving you a private but centrally located getaway. High speed wifi provides seamless streaming to Echo Plus & smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, Hulu with Live TV & more, in bedroom & living room so you can kick back & relax after a long day at the beach or shopping on Main Street. The private bedroom is at the front of the apartment and features a queen sized bed with comfy Purple mattress. The living room offers a futon and sleeper sofa with portable mattress available for extra comfort. The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably and can accommodate parties of 5-6. Generously sized closet located in the living room and dresser for your belongings in bedroom. The updated finishings, appliances & recessed lighting give the apartment a modern feel, while maintaining its cozy beachside vibe. Beautiful large bathroom with large mirror, shower with handheld and rainfall shower heads, plus washer and dryer. Toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, handsoap, paper towels, toilet paper and more provided for your convenience. Only shared spaces are downstairs entry door, interior stairs and hallways. Other things to note Our units have contactless checkin, but I live about 5 minutes away if you need anything and our cleaner is also at the property daily.
