The space “Gospel Retro Tent” This comfortable, oversized condo is definitely a vibe! The condo checks all the boxes for a great stay in New Orleans! Walk into a modern open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen. Complete with beautiful light fixtures, a gorgeous kitchen, stainless appliances, and lots of storage. MASTER BEDROOM The main bedroom boasts a spacious King-size bed complete with a comfortable memory foam mattress, a cozy sitting area, and a 32" smart TV for your entertainment. Additionally, the room comes with ample storage space thanks to the oversized closet. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double marble vanity and a luxurious tub with a rain showerhead. For your convenience and safety, the bathroom is ADA compliant and features grab bars and a shower seat. GUEST BEDROOM The bedroom for guests has a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, accompanied by a 32" TV. The guest bathroom is accessible via the hallway and a door within the bedroom, and is quite spacious, meeting ADA requirements. OPEN SPACE LIVING AREA This is an exceptional space for unwinding and socializing after a day spent exploring our remarkable city. The living area boasts timeless brick walls, contemporary chandeliers, and expansive windows that offer picturesque views of the city. A dining area with seating for four and a comfortable sitting area and a 55" smart Roku TV, are also available. The complete chef's kitchen features an ADA roll-up gas range, along with pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, coffee supplies, ceramic plates, wine glasses, and silverware. PETS Feel free to bring your furry friend with you to this Airbnb, no matter their size or breed. We want you to be able to fully enjoy your travels with your beloved pet without any stress or worry. LAGNIAPPE The apartment comes with toiletries, hotel-grade towels, and linens. Fast Wi-Fi, SmartTV that you can use to stream your favorite shows on. This unit is on floor 2 of a 4-story historic building and is accessible by elevator. Guest access Entire condo plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT It may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, but this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, we offer complimentary luggage storage for our guests to utilize. PARKING We do not have onsite parking due to our central location in the city. However, there are several options available for parking: 1- Metered parking is available with a 2-hour limit between 7 AM and 7 PM, and overnight street parking is free with no limitations between 7 PM and 7 AM. Please keep in mind of street signs to make sure you are parking in allowed areas. 2- If you prefer a parking lot or garage, there are 12 options available throughout the Central Business District area. Many of these are operated by Premium Parking, and we recommend downloading their app to find the best parking option for you. HISTORIC BUILDING Welcome to the Alexandre Building, a unique and historic location with a rich history dating back to the early 1800s. Over the years, it has served as a newspaper manufacturing plant and the original headquarters of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundations. We have taken great care to preserve the building's historical value during its complete renovation, making it an exceptional space that we hope you will appreciate. It's important to note that certain parts of the building require extra care due to their age and significance. Your unit's original windows, front door, and brick walls have been carefully maintained. While the brick has been painted to minimize dust, please be mindful that it may still fall if the walls are touched. Additionally, as with all old windows, some outside street noise may be audible through the sealed-shut windows.
