The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with appliances and dinnerware, a washer and dryer are available as well. In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace. The house is perched high above the lake, with a large deck and hot tub (seasonal) offering amazing views of Flathead Lake, Mission Mountains, nesting osprey, and the morning sunrise. The grill station, and deck view bar, make entertaining a delight. The lower sun deck, dock, and swim beach are below the main house. Accessible only by the gated, well lit, 93 step stairway, it offers the ultimate lake fun! Dock is available for guest use. Full gym with functional trainer, leg extension/curl, dumbbells, treadmill, rower and arc trainer. No parties; no smoking; no pets in the house. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any service animals, ESA or service dogs. Due to life-threatening allergies in the host's family, we are unable to accomodate any requests and are not subject to ADA/FHA rules. For this part of country, we have fast, high speed internet connection (20-25Mbps) with streaming TV available in the house and gym. Great for your workspace (wireless printer and monitor available) if desired. *2 paddle boards, a kayak, and life jackets are also provided. Rods, tackle, rafts, deck chairs are in basement. Please return all items after use. From late June til Labor Day (the regular season), Pontoon rentals are available. Please confirm hot tub availability/functionality if it is primary amenity. They are notorious for breaking down. For security reasons there are motion-activated outdoor cameras (at gate entrance and the back deck area). During the regular season, there is a small (approx 890 sq ft) garage apartment that can be available for guest use for an additional nightly charge. Can sleep two to three adults (queen bed, full murphy bed and full futon sofa.) This apartment is where I keep most of my personal effects, so is not designed as an AirBNB rental, and is just available for additional sleepeing quarters for larger groups.
