The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with appliances and dinnerware, and a washer and dryer are also available. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace. The house is perched high above the lake, with a large deck and seasonal hot tub offering amazing views of Flathead Lake, the Mission Mountains, nesting osprey, and the morning sunrise. The grill station and deck-view bar make entertaining a delight. The lower sun deck, dock, and swim beach are below the main house. Accessible only by a gated, well-lit, 93-step stairway, this area offers the ultimate lake fun. The dock is available for guest use. Full gym with functional trainer, leg extension/curl machine, dumbbells, treadmill, rower, and arc trainer. No parties; no smoking; no pets in the house. For the avoidance of doubt, this restriction includes service animals, ESAs, and service dogs. Due to life-threatening allergies in the host's family, we are unable to accommodate animals at the property. This listing has an Airbnb-approved exemption from Airbnb's general service-animal accommodation requirement, and the property is not subject to ADA/FHA accommodation requirements. For this part of the country, we have a fast, high-speed internet connection (20–25 Mbps), with streaming TV available in the house and gym. A wireless printer and monitor are also available if you need a workspace. Two paddleboards, a kayak, and life jackets are provided. Fishing rods, tackle, rafts, and deck chairs are located in the basement. Please return all items after use. From late June through Labor Day, pontoon boat rentals may be available for an additional charge. If the hot tub is an important part of your stay, please confirm availability before booking. Hot tubs can occasionally experience mechanical issues. For security, motion-activated outdoor cameras are located at the gated entrance and back deck area. During the summer season, an approximately 890 sq. ft. apartment above the garage may be available for an additional nightly charge. It can sleep 2–3 adults and includes a queen bed, full Murphy bed, and full-size futon sofa. The apartment is primarily used for additional sleeping space for larger groups and is not operated as a separate Airbnb rental. Please contact us for availability and details. We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house, dock, fenced yard, upper and lower decks, and driveway parking.
