Single family home on its own lot. Short walk to the beach. Wi-Fi, Cable, Central Air, four beach tags, 3 beach chairs and 1 wagon. Steps from restaurants and from a beautiful playground with basketball courts. The house sleeps 7 thanks to 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and 1 twin size bed at the top of the bunk bed. We have also a "Pack and Play" and a high chair. On street parking (parking is never a problem). The space This is a true single family home on a private lot with a front yard and a small side yard. Guest access Guests can access the entire single family house and yard. The house has laundry facilities as well. Other things to note Please note: 24 hours minimum notice is required since I need to alert the cleaning crew and have the home ready for guests.
