Our property has a large deck, a screened sun porch, large outdoor shower, and lovely landscaping, along with all the amenities of home. Enjoy our private, neighborhood tennis & pickle ball courts, close proximity to bay, ocean and ponds, and just pedals away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We cannot have loud or large parties, as many of the neighbors are year round friends that we have known for years.
