Parking space for 1 car only (others may park out on Hammond St.) Children 13 yrs and over welcome. No pets, please. Beach chairs & towels, umbrella, beach cart, rolling cooler, private deck with gas grill, private backyard, wifi, maps & brochures. Hank and I live next door and are always available for questions about the area and suggestions. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, the cottage is the last house on a dead end lane. It is situated on a hill overlooking the working harbor, one street up from E. Main Street. This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing retreat. If you're looking for a rowdy and loud weekend, kindly look else where. Car recommended. Local bus stops at bottom of the hill (only travels around Cape Ann). Private access to all areas of property Hank and I live in the house next door and are always available for questions or any issues that may arise.
