Beach house - access to both ocean and Main St

Location, location... Welcome to our adorable home located in the highly sought out area known as "the campgrounds." This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath (plus an outside shower) house is just a 1-minute walk to the Atlantic Avenue Beach and walking distance to Main St for restaurants & shops. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and countless baby essentials. We even have a fenced-in yard in case you want to bring a dog. (Dogs must be pre-approved by owner) The space 3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath PLUS outside shower Stainless Steel kitchen Appliances Washer/Dryer (full size) Private, fully fenced yard with patio set for 6 Kids area in sunroom Air Conditioned Charming Farmer's Porch that provides ocean views and great shade for relaxing and chatting to the neighbors as they stroll down to the beach. Please note that the living room fireplace is decorative only and tenants are not permitted to burn anything in the fireplace for safety reasons. Please read this section because 2 beds are trundle beds....... Bedroom/Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed plus dresser Bedroom 2: 3 twin beds (technically 1 twin bed plus another twin day-bed that also has a pull-out trundle bed. When trundle bed is popped up and pushed against day-bed, it becomes the size of a king bed. Bedroom 3: 2 twin day-bed (technically another trundle bed when used appears more like a queen/king sized bed) Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of one closet used for owner storage and for the exception of the outdoor shed. Other things to note This house has a long history of having returning summer rentals. Due to an airbnb glitch - the first 35 reviews are not visible - but accumulated reviews performed 4.8 stars by guests. (Happy to share pdf upon request) Most dogs are welcome. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to staying and a fully executed lease agreement must be signed prior to bringing a pet. Dangerous breeds restricted by homeowners insurance policy not permitted, puppies not permitted. No Cats allowed due to family allergies. Guests with children under the age of 6 must sign a Lead Paint Waver which is a Mass State Law requirement when renting a vacation home. Guests are asked to bring their own bed linens and towels. There are several linen rental companies on the cape if you need to rent linens and they deliver/pick-up directly to the home. Just send me an inquiry and we can discuss via email. July and August rentals are 7 night min, rentals run Saturday - Saturday. We make every effort to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs; this is a bit trickier in the peak season, thus priority is given to early check-ins, over late check-outs. Holiday weekends have a 3-night min requirement.
