If you would like to be our guest, please provide your name, the purpose of your rental, the age of all sleeping over guests, and if you expect to have any visiting guests not sleeping over. The space This house is the perfect destination for small groups or travelers with car looking to explore NYC and its outskirts. It is placed in a safe and quiet upscale suburban setting, in a private and easy to get to location. There are stores and restaurants just minutes away and the bus to Manhattan is around the corner. It is an hour by bus away from Manhattan and faster by car. Woodbury Commons Outlet, Bear mountain, 7 lakes and Greenwood Lake are nearby. The house sits on a 10,000 SF property surrounded by trees. You will have the entire house to yourself, but will not gain access to certain areas such as the garage and basement which will be used for storage during your stay. If owners visit the property during your stay to perform maintenance, a separate entrance will be used and access will be limited to the garage, basement and outdoor spaces. House sleeps up to 5 guests. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has a twin bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. You will have private access to the 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, balcony, living room, open Kitchen/Dining area and one parking space on the driveway. Cups, plates, pans, utensils, towels, bed sheets will be provided. Guests will not have access to washer/dryer, a list of local Wash and Fold/Laundromat Services will be provided upon request. HOUSE RULES: • Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Must inform estimate time of arrival and departure. Typically, we don't accept check-ins after 10pm, but we will do all within reach to accommodate your needs. Please let us know late checking in plans in advance so that we can discuss. • House is located in a very quiet neighborhood, please be mindful of loud noises and be respectful to the neighbors. Clients who receive complaints for excessive noise or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the property and security deposit will be retained. • Park your car on the space assigned to you on the driveway, please don’t block the garage door. • Be careful with walls and floors when handling luggage or moving furniture around; • No pets allowed; • No smoking allowed; • Candles, camp fires, fireworks and tents are not allowed; • Do not flush anything in toilets, not even toilet paper; • Do not tamper with doors that are locked. Inaccessible rooms will be under surveillance. • Do not tamper with equipment, such as thermostats, wifi routers or surveillance. • Keep doors/windows closed, and switch off all electrical appliances and air conditioning every time you leave the house; • Keep kitchen clean and place trash into garbage bags and place them into bins outside prior to departure; • Leave the house in the same condition in which you found it, put everything back to where you found them before departure; • If you accidentally damage something in the house, please inform owner right away to resolve the issue in a civil manner; • Please contact owner right away if any mechanical failures occur; • Please be accessible so that you can be reached in case of emergency; • Must supply your own propane tank for BBQ, and clean up after use. • Price is based on how many guests you have staying over and visiting the house. The base rate includes the first 2 guests. Each additional guest sleeping over or visiting will cost extra per night. All guests must be pre-approved before check in. • Only paid for guests are allowed at the house. The presence of unpaid for guests will result in removal from the property and complete loss of your security deposit; • Cleaning fee is $110 per stay. • Must provide valid ID at check in and have the Airbnb verification process fully completed. Your group will not be given access to the house until everyone's proper identification is presented; • Someone will be there to check you in and provide a tour and instructions along with the keys to the house. Must inform estimate time of arrival so that proper arrangements are made. • Guests will have access to every room except the rooms that are locked off. Those rooms are used as personal storage by the owners. . Guests will not have access to washer/dryer.
